DISCIPLINE & RULES

All officials and contestants are responsible for their own discipline and misbehavior during competition and in the hall grounds will result in expulsion of team.

a) All participants must be 5 years old or above on the day of the Championship.
b) 5 and 6 years old are NOT allowed to participate in free sparring.
c) All White to White – Yellow Belts are NOT allowed to participate in free sparring.
d) Sparring shoe, glove, groin guard, headgear and mouth guard are compulsory for the free sparring event. The Organizer will not provide any equipment’s.
e) Lower grades are not allowed to perform the higher grades pattern.
f) Lower weights are not allowed to move to higher weights.
g) Organising committee will only entertain the enquiries, complain or dispute regarding the event from Team Manager only.
h) Judges decisions are final any protest has to be included with a payment of RM 500.00. A payment of RM500.00 per submission will be charged which is NOT refundable.
i) The Organizing Committee reserves the right to disqualify any participants who doesn’t comply to the rules.
j) The Organising Committee also reserves the right to change rules without prior notice.
k) Participants are required to fill in entry forms with consent from their instructors and a manager has to be elected to manage the team.
l) The Organising Committee are not responsible for any loss, damage, injury or death before, during and after tournament.
m) All the events are subject to change without prior notice.
n) Events that will be contested are herewith attached.

INDEMNITIES

It shall be the responsibility of the participants from the respective teams to have already validly completed all the attached forms, with copies of I.C or birth certificates or passports, and have them signed indemnifying the Organizing Committee of the, MALAYSIA ITF INVITATIONAL INTERNATIONAL TAEKWON-DO CHAMPIONSHIP, MELAKA 2025, its officials and other contestants from any claims of injuries, losses, fatal or otherwise arising in the course of participation in this championship or any other activities therefore.

All participants below the age of 18 MUST have the consent of their parents/guardians.

It shall be the responsibility of the respective schools & clubs to ensure that participants and officials are covered with effective insurance coverage.
