Pre- Registration
Registration is only by invitation.
Only a team Coach or Manager is allowed to request for their team’s registration link.
Team Manager or Coach, kindly send us an invitation request using the “Request To Join Tournament” form provided below, and our Registration Secretariat will send you the registration pass/link for your official registration formalities.

The MITF Secretariat will be open from 10:00am to 8:00pm at Freeport A’ Famosa Outlet Convention Centre for document submission and verification checks.
It is compulsory for teams to submit the following documents in hard copy:
Participation forms
Indemnity forms
Copy of I.C., Passport, or MyKid
Medical condition declaration form
